The First two pictures here are the one's where I got the ideas from. I have taken his idea of placing the collector at the rear of the Gearbox. I have moved it further back so I can get it further away from the chassis and don't have it angled down so tightly, so the downpipe can take its original path. This Picture is looking from the back to the front at the winch propshaft. Originally I had a conversion pipe as the system wasn't a full 57 mm end to end. This is from undereath looking up at the manifold This is our 1st version of the manifold. Re reworked it when we found it was getting too close to the Gearbox hatch. So the big tall bend went lower than that. You still have to be able to get the last spark plug out You have to be able to get the manifold into place. You have to be able to shut the Access panel going round the back of the heads. I dont think you could build it this way for any version of a 101 that doesn't have the top Gearbox access panel. These are Internet pics of another persons build.
